As an early employee you will
• Set a large part of Yuzu’s company culture • Own adjudication processes and developments (we want to do things better, you will help achieve this!) • Level up your healthcare leadership and knowledge base to grow your career Qualifications
• Possession of an adjudication license or a strong willingness to obtain one • Knowledge or interest in healthcare and claims processing, including coding, billing, and reimbursement methodologies • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • In-person 4-5 days/week in Chelsea NYC office strongly preferred • Self-directed, curious, fast-paced personality with strong communication skills

• Proven experience in claims adjudication, particularly in managing claims across various plan designs

If we interview you, you can expect the following process
• Initial 30-45 minute conversation with either Will or Russell • A 2 hour take-home assignment designed to be similar to on-the-job work • A 45 minute fit interview with Max • An onsite interview or remote superday • We may speak with 1-2 references you provide
