Sign-off is where we ensure everything we did during the build (a) is accurate and (b) makes sense to your team and ours. We conduct quality assurance testing of any new features, ID card designs, claims flows, etc. during this time.
We also hold asynchronous platform training with your team to get them familiar with Yuzu and confident in their workflows.
We cap off the sign-off stage with an onsite visit to your HQ, training sessions for your team, and signature on all our shared documents!
Training Options
Yuzu provides a few core trainings for your team as part of our standard offering. We are able to support custom training sessions on an as-needed basis. Talk to your account manager if you are curious about additional training opportunities.
Platform Overview: Platform Overview training includes logging in, navigating the portal (TIP: use command+K to search), using Yuzu Guides, and the sidebars.
Sales Training: Sales training walks your sales team through Yuzu’s buzziest features, our broker-facing guides, and what employers love most about us.
Member Support: Member support training shows your team how to answer all member questions directly from the Members page!
Onboarding: Onboarding training with your dedicated AM walks you through getting your first group live in the platform and the nuances of our onboarding flow.
QA
We conduct QA primarily through our demo environment: https://yuzu.earth/. After The Build is confirmed, we recreate your plan designs in our demo environment to make sure everything runs as expected.
This includes a test of any new features, claims adjudication on your plan design, white-labeling testing, and ID card print tests.
