Hours of Operation
Yuzu’s call center is open 8am-7pm EST, Monday-Thursday and 8am-6pm EST Friday. Our average wait time is 4 minutes for provider calls and 1 minute for member calls.
Voicemails
Members and providers are able to leave voicemails. Our team reviews voicemails daily during business days and responds in order of urgency.
