Yuzu’s member and provider support number is (203) 208-YUZU (9898). In some plans, we may have a different phone number point to us in order to have customized phone trees for some of our partners.

Hours of Operation

Yuzu’s call center is open 8am-7pm EST, Monday-Thursday and 8am-6pm EST Friday. Our median wait time is 10 minutes for provider calls and 1 minute for member calls.

Voicemails

Members and providers are able to leave voicemails. Our team reviews voicemails daily during business days and responds in order of urgency.

Holidays

Yuzu’s call center is not open during the following holidays.
