What Happened?
Lob had an incident in early July 6th, 2026 that affected the printing of 757 checks. Lob (lob.com) has confirmed that this was their mistake. Duplicate checks (amounts and check numbers) were sent.
What Is Yuzu Doing?
Yuzu has asked Lob to investigate the root cause of this issue. Yuzu asked Lob to apologize directly to customers, which they refused to do. Yuzu is responding to concerns from providers as they come up.

What Should I Do With the Duplicate Checks?
Please shred the duplicate checks as if they were never sent. There is no risk of double cashing the checks, as only one will work.
