Other Web Addresses With Same Portal
You might notice a different web address printed on the card. This is because Yuzu allows our plan partners to white-label our site. This means that you might see the same provider portal but available at different web addresses printed on EOPs and member ID cards. Below are examples of where this address is printed on EOPs and ID Cards.
On ID Cards
The whitelabeled provider web address (highlighted) in the below plan is located on the back of the member ID card https://portal.securusbenefits.com/providers. See the screenshot below.
On EOBs
You are often able to see a link to provider resources web addresses on the bottom of EOBs on a box that looks like this.
