Real-time claims data, including processing (not just approved and denied) claims
Precertifications ingested hourly from Medwatch and daily from Cigna
Access to Active at Work, COB, Accident, and other required forms directly in our portal
Broad access to member notes, communications, claims, demographic information, etc. to help answer any additional claims questions
When creating a stoploss filing, Yuzu gathers all applicable claims under the Stoploss Filing Tab, allowing carriers to review this information in one centralized place.
To view a filing in more detail, click into the filing and view attachments, the claims inventory, the claims details, and any applicable claimant forms.
Additionally, Yuzu provides some standard reports via emails directly to stoploss carriers. Our standard emailed reporting set is:
