The Build is the deepest part of our Launch process. This is where we build out your templated Plan Designs, complete your integrations, create demo data, white-label the portal, and ensure we have a full understanding of your plans and your program.
Plan Designs
Most of the Build is done in Plan Designs, which is where Yuzu captures all the fixed features of your plan. Here’s what we need to build your plans, and here’s how we build them. We’ll work together to make sure we fully understand your plan nuance and intent as we build them out.
For example, if you have direct contracts, we’d build them out as part of the Plan Design process.
Vendor Kickoffs
We’ll kickoff all required integrations (new and existing), and make sure we’ve captured all the required information from your preferred vendor stack. We also can pre-load existing vendor information if we are migrating an existing block of business.
White-Labeling
We’ll collect the information required to fully white-label the Yuzu portal with your branding. Here’s a guide on what we’ll need to complete this process.
SPD Review
Yuzu has a standard SPD with many of our best practices incorporated. We strongly prefer to stick as closely to our standard SPD as possible. We’ll review your current SPD to see how closely it matches our current template, note any discrepancies, and work with you to see how we can resolve.
