How to sign up for digital provider options

Why Sign Up?

Although you can find coverage and claim information without signing up, there are advantages to signing up for a portal account.

  • See historical claims for your organization

  • Securely give other people on your team access to claims information for your organization

  • Enroll in fee-free ACH payments and digital EOP delivery

How to Sign Up

If you haven’t yet signed up for an online account yet, you will see a section on the EOP that gives the following information.

This section appears after the main EOP

You can follow the link provided (https://portal.yuzu.health/provider-signup) where you can type in your invite code, Tax ID Number, a preferred login email to start with, and claim information for one claim we have paid you.

This will set up an account for you. If you have any questions, email support@yuzu.health and we will assist you.

Navigation of Portal

On the portal you will see a few tabs. Most of these do not need to be filled out for you to get paid, but if you do fill them out there are places in the member and employer portals where your information like website and description will appear.

Add Your Team

Under the “Team & Access” tab you are able to add members to your team. If you give them “Admin” permissions, they will be able to modify banking and team. Our login works on 2-factor codes sent to emails or phone numbers provided, so no passwords are necessary.

You do not need to add a phone number

Team members will be able to log in but will not automatically get emailed when new remittances are available. See the next section to configure what emails are sent to you.

Add Remittance Information

Save the email address EOBs get sent to under the “Email to receive invoices”

Add Banking Information

On the Banking tab, you can enter account information for where ACH payments should go.

Please double check your banking information
