There are two ways for you to look up the status of a claim in Yuzu:
By Claim Number
If you fill out this information you will be able to download the EOP.
By Check Number
If you only know the check number (possibly because the check was deposited but the remittance information was not saved), you can obtain the EOP again by putting information about the check number, check issue date, and amount.
